          Marketing Manager JENNIFER SUTTON has left THE SPORTS
     BUSINESS DAILY to join VINCE WLADIKA in the media relations
     department of Fox Sports (THE DAILY)....TOM STRONG was named
     Tournament Dir of the inaugural World Golf Championships NEC
     Invitational.  He stepped down from his position as Exec Dir
     of the Greater Milwaukee Open (PGA Tours Int'l Federation).
     ...U.S. Soccer President ALAN ROTHENBERG was named Chair of
     the Nat'l Soccer Hall of Fame's $30M fund-raising campaign,
     to expand the campus in Oneonta, NY (U.S. Soccer)....Fox
     Sports Southwest (FSSW) named TOM SNETHEN Dir of Affiliate
     Sales & Marketing.  Snethen comes to FSSW from Classic
     Sports Network, where he served as Southwest Dir of Sales
     since October '96 (FSSW)....McDonald's announced DEAN
     BARRETT as the new VP/Marketing for Global Alliances.  He
     will work with Disney, the World Cup and the Olympics
     (BRANDWEEK, 3/16)....MISHELLE REED was named TearDrop Golf's
     new Dir of Marketing (BRANDWEEK, 3/16 issue).
