FOR THE FILES: USA TODAY LISTS NBA PLAYER & COACHES SALARIES

          Michael Jordan is the NBA's highest-paid player for the
     second straight year, according to USA TODAY's David DuPree. 
     Jordan will earn $33.14M this season which helps "push the
     Bulls' payroll to a league-high" $61.7M, "more than twice"
     the salary cap of $26.9M a team.  The NBA's average player
     salary is $2.24M, and of the 411 NBA players, 139 are making
     more than the league average.  Salaries and length of deals
     for every NBA player and coach are listed (USA TODAY, 2/26).
