LONDON CALLING TO A FAR AWAY LAND: FOX INKS PREMIER SOCCER

2.25.1998

          Fox Sports Int'l has signed a three-year deal with
     Trans World Int'l (TWI) and Canal Plus to broadcast the
     English FA Premier League on throughout North and South
     America through the 2000-'01 season.  The deal brings the
     Premier League to Fox Sports after the expiration this year
     of a deal for North and South American rights with ESPN. 
     Fox Sports will kick off its live coverage on Fox Sports
     World and Fox Sports Americas this August (FSWo).
