          Sports Illustrated Senior Publicist DAVE MINGEY is
     leaving the company after nearly four years to join Nike as
     a PR Manager.  Former Bills Assistant Dir of Media Relations
     JOE ASSAD will become SI's new Senior Publicist (SI)....The
     MO-based United Hockey League (UHL) named SCOTT WOODS as Dir
     of Business Operations.  Woods served as Dir of Media
     Services for the IHL for the past three years.  The UHL
     named LORI KESSSEL as Dir of Hockey Administration. She was
     Commissioner RICHARD BROSAL's Administrative Assist. (UHL).
