     company and company CEO ARTHUR SHORIN will assume the duties
     of President (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 11/17)....Score Board CEO
     KEN GOLDIN said he plans to resign on or before February 19. 
     Goldin hopes to continue as Score Board Chair (WALL STREET
     JOURNAL, 11/17)....Fox Sports Net Senior VP/Business
     Development DAN WILHELM has resigned effective at the end of
     the year to pursue other interests (FSN)....RISA FELDMAN,
     former Dir of Events for ISI, has launched her own event and
     marketing company, NY-based New Leaf (New Leaf).
