OH, WHAT A NIGHT: NYC BAR HOSTS THE COMMISSIONERS

          The Association of the Bar of the City of New York is
     hosting "An Evening with the Commissioners" on Wednesday,
     November 12.  MICHAEL CARDOZO, President of the NYC Bar and
     SHEPARD GOLDFEIN, of Skadden Arps, will moderate a
     discussion with NBA Commissioner DAVID STERN, NFL
     Commissioner PAUL TAGLIABUE and NHL Commissioner GARY
     BETTMAN.  The event will take place at 42 West 44th Street
     in New York, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.  No fee or reservation
     is required (THE DAILY).
