EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Kaleidoscope Sports & Entertainment named KEN KOLB as
     Dir of Sponsorship Sales.  Kolb had spent 13 years at Rysher
     Entertainment (Kaleidoscope)....WALTER LUBY has been named
     Senior VP/CFO & CAO for Strike Ten Entertainment.  Luby had
     been serving in an advisory capacity to the company. 
     Previously, he was CFO for Apex One and began his sports
     career at NHL Enterprises (Strike Ten)....NJ-based PR firm,
     Mastro Communications, named MICHAEL KAUP as Account
     Manager.  He will work on the Prince Sports Group and Tommy
     Armour accounts (Mastro Communications)....MARK SZUCHMAN was
     named GM of CT-based MGRSports, the sports marketing unit of
     MGR Inc (ADVERTISING AGE, 9/22 issue).
