     Twentieth Television's "highly touted" talk show hosted by
     EARVIN "MAGIC" JOHNSON, "sources said high-level" execs at
     Fox are "seriously eyeing" shifting the show from a
     syndicated run and using it as a late-night broadcast on the
     Fox Network (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 9/17).
