          Coca-Cola CEO ROBERTO GOIZUETA is being treated for a
     localized malignant tumor at Emory University Hospital in
     Atlanta (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 9/9)....The STEVE ALFORD All-
     American Inn, a 54-room sports-themed inn, is set to open in
     New Castle, IN (INDIANAPOLIS STAR-NEWS, 9/8)....In N.Y.,
     Michele Greppi, on the premiere of "Home Team with TERRY
     BRADSHAW."  Greppi: "We've always found Bradshaw's rough
     edges and raucous sense of humor somewhat appealing and his
     manic bull-in-a-china-shop energy almost frightening" (N.Y.
     POST,9/9)....U.S. Open Men's Champ PATRICK RAFTER was a
     guest on "Late Show."  Rafter, asked what he's going to do
     with his $650,000 winners check: "I don't really know
     because I don't live permanently anywhere.  And so I can't
     buy a nice house."  DAVID LETTERMAN: "You want me to hold
     it?  I'll hold it.  Because you're coming through town again
     in about a year.  I'll be here" ("Late Show," CBS, 9/8).
