EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          CHARLES BLOSSOM was named Senior VP/Marketing at Action
     Performance, a licensing, marketing and distribution company
     in the motorsports market (NSSN, 8/6 issue)....Fox Sports
     West announced three production department promotions: GARY
     GARCIA to VP/Production from Exec Producer; JEFF PROCTOR to
     Exec Producer from Coordinating Producer; and MARK SHAH to
     Coordinating Producer from Producer (GOULD MEDIA, 8/14).
     ...MITCH HUBERMAN, VP/Marketing & Broadcasting for the
     Clippers, has left to take a position as VP/New Business
     Development with the NHL Kings.  He will oversee the team's
     downtown arena project (Larry Stewart, L.A. TIMES, 8/15).
