EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          SKIP GILBERT has been named VP/Sales of U.S. Soccer
     Properties, the U.S. Soccer Federation's new marketing arm. 
     Gilbert had been the National Sales Manager at the Sporting
     News Publishing Co (U.S. Soccer)....Converse promoted
     WILLIAM ADAMS from GM/U.S. National Sales to the newly
     created position of VP/U.S. Sales, National Accounts. 
     Converse also promoted STEVEN DODGE from GM/U.S. Footwear
     Sales to the newly created position of VP/U.S. Sales, Field
     Accounts (Converse)....Fox Sports Net named ROY SEINFELD
     Network Sales Manager.  Previously, Seinfeld spent seven
     years as an acct. exec with Turner Sports (Fox Sports Net).
