AFL PREDATORS LOOKING TO POUNCE ON THE NASDAQ MARKET

The AFL Orlando Predators filed their intent with the
SEC to offer 450,000 units of stock at $10 a unit, according
to Jerry Greene of the ORLANDO SENTINEL. The club said
Monday it plans to sell 40% of the Predators in an IPO.
Each unit "would consist of two $5 shares of stock and an
option to buy another share in the next five years for
$7.50, even if the listed price is higher." The price was
set by First Midwest Securities Inc., which is underwriting
the offer. According to a prospectus, the stock will be
traded under PRED on the NASDAQ (ORLANDO SENTINEL, 7/22).
