FLORIDA COURT GIVES GO-AHEAD TO NEW TAMPA STADIUM BOND SALE

          The sale of $190M in bonds for a new Bucs stadium in
     Tampa "could happen Friday" after the FL Supreme Court
     dismissed a request by former Mayor Bill Poe to "reconsider
     whether tax money can be used to build the stadium,"
     according to Joe Henderson in the TAMPA TRIBUNE.  Poe won't
     appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court (TAMPA TRIBUNE, 6/19).
