EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Tommy Armour Golf Chair ROBERT F. MACNALLY will step
     down today after 18 years with the company (CHICAGO TRIBUNE,
     4/30)....Dorna USA has named TROY MILLER Dir of Strategic
     Sports Marketing & Business Development.  He was formerly
     Dir of Sports Sales at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis (Dorna
     USA)....FRANK MORASKI has been named VP/Business Development
     at NY-based ANC Sports Enterprises, LLC (ANC Sports
     Enterprises)....DAVID ZUMBACH has been appointed VP/Sports
     Marketing for Reebok USA.  Zumbach will be responsible for
     Reebok's sports marketing team efforts in developing and
     executing strategies in football, basketball, baseball, and
     college sports (Reebok)....The Sports Authority has
     nominated JULIUS ERVING to its Board of Directors.  Erving
     has agreed to serve if elected by shareholders at the
     company's May 29 annual meeting (The Sports Authority).
