NBA AND PRODIGY JOIN FORCES IN CONTENT AND MARKETING DEAL

          Prodigy Services Corp. and the NBA have entered into a
     multiyear content and marketing alliance.  Under terms of
     the deal, the NBA and Prodigy will build a co-branded area
     containing content available to Prodigy Internet
     subscribers.  The area, which will launch April 24, will
     contain exclusive content aimed at the kids and teen market
     as well as features such as the Player of the Week, audio
     clips, photo file libraries, weekly trivia contests and
     special features like "This Week in NBA History."  Prodigy
     also will build an NBA merchandise shop, hosted in the
     Prodigy Shopping Network and available to Prodigy Internet
     subscribers or at www.shopnet.prodigy.com (NBA).
