          CBS' coverage of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament
     has earned a cumulative ratings of 6.4 through Sunday.  That
     is down from the last year's 6.5 as the same time.  See #30
     for more ratings (USA TODAY, 3/25)....In N.Y., Jon Elsen
     writes "Time Warner Inc. moved quickly yesterday to limit
     the damage to its fledgling WB Network from an attack by its
     roving vice chairman Ted Turner."  Time Warner spokesperson
     Ed Adler, responding to comments by Turner that the WB
     Network is losing money and under review: "Time Warner is
     committed to the WB" (N.Y. POST, 3/25)....The Sports Emmy
     Awards will be broadcast live on TV for the first time in a
     special hour-long edition of CNNfn's Sports, Inc. on March
     26 at 6:00pm ET (CNNfn).
