WASHINGTON SPORTS FANS FACE TICKET INCREASES NEXT SEASON

          In Washington, Bullets and Caps ticket prices will
     increase next season when the teams move to MCI Center,
     according to Solomon & Heath of the WASHINGTON POST. 
     Renewal applications sent to season-ticket holders listed
     Bullets tickets from $19-75; this year, tickets ranged from
     $12-50.  Caps tickets will cost $19-60, compared with $12-45
     currently.  Approximately 3,000 club seats will be sold in a
     package for $7,500 each, which includes all home games of
     both teams.  Washington Sports VP/Communications Matt
     Williams said about 45% of these seats have been sold, and
     "about" 85% of the executive suites, costing $100,000-
     175,000, have been leased (WASHINGTON POST, 3/24).
