WORCESTER DECLINES TO SEEK SECOND TERM AS CEO OF WTA TOUR

          Corel WTA Tour CEO Anne Person Worcester has notified
     the Tour's Board of Directors that she will not pursue
     another term when her contract expires at the end of '97. 
     Worcester cited personal reasons for making this decision. 
     She had been Tour CEO since September '94.  Worcester: 
     "[M]y husband and I are expecting our second child in
     September and I plan to pursue other opportunities more
     consistent with my personal goals at the time."  The Board
     will begin a search for a successor with the goal of having
     someone in place by January '98, when Worcester's contract
     expires (Corel WTA Tour).  Worcester's contract is estimated
     to be worth $250,000 annually (N.Y. TIMES, 3/18).
