HOST COMMUNICATIONS AND KOZ SPORTS TO HANDLE NCAA WEB SITE

          NCAA Online will feature complete coverage of the
     Division I Men's and Women's basketball tournaments on the
     World Wide Web.  Host Communications (HCI) of Lexington, KY,
     and KOZ Sports of Raleigh, NC, will produce and market the
     NCAA's tournament coverage.  The site will offer full
     tournament information and include interactive games, event
     history and an area for kids.  The site can be accessed at
     www.ncaa.org (NCAA).  HCI and KOZ Sports will also join to
     manage the site for the SEC at www.SECsports.com (Host).
