EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          ROBERT MASSEY resigned as President & CEO of CompuServe
     Inc. (WASHINGTON POST, 2/18)....Maxfli Golf had two top
     execs leave the company, Worldwide Brand Dir BARB KAUFFMAN
     and Business Manager of Golf Balls STAN GRISSINGER.  U.K.-
     based Group Brand Dir for Maxfli and Dunlop, PHILIP JANSEN,
     will oversee marketing on an interim basis in the U.S.
     (ADWEEK, 2/10 issue)....The IHL Chicago Wolves named ROBERT
     McAULIFF President & COO.  McAuliff had been serving as the
     team's Dir/Sales & Marketing (Wolves)....The CBA named DAN
     TREVINO as VP/Finance.  Trevino had served as Exec VP of Jim
     Kelly Enterprises, Inc., for the past four years (CBA).
