          Minneapolis-based Fallon McElligott has ended its
     relationship with McDonald's Corp. after one year (AD AGE,
     2/3)....Disney's "D3: The Mighty Ducks" was the top ranked
     video in total sales and rentals from January 20-26 (N.Y.
     TIMES, 2/3)...."Jerry Maguire" placed second at the box
     office this weekend, earning $5.6M, raising its total to
     $117M (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 2/3)....Coca-Cola Co., "helped by
     better-than-expected" growth in international volume,
     reported an 18% rise in fourth-quarter profits compared with
     last year (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 2/3)....In Tampa, Bill
     Chastain, on Warner Bros. signing Albert Belle:  "Why
     couldn't Warner Bros. pick guys like Fred McGriff, Paul
     Molitor, Alex Rodriguez, Derek Jeter, Mo Vaughn or Ken
     Griffey Jr.?  There are countless more worthy major-
     leaguers" (TAMPA TRIBUNE, 2/1)....Piston Grant Long, on
     McDonald's using Dennis Rodman in ads: "I lost a lot of
     respect for McDonald's when he started doing commercials for
     them.  I mean, what kind of message are they sending? 
     McDonald's has made a lot of money off kids.  Why would they
     have a guy like Dennis Rodman as their poster boy?  They're
     telling kids, 'You want to be famous?  Then all you gotta do
     is act stupid and break the rules'" (SALT LAKE TRIB., 2/2).
