     (USA TODAY, 1/28)....HUBERT JOBSKI, the prosecutor in the
     case of STEFFI GRAF's father, said that the investigation of
     Steffi would proceed more quickly.  He is examining evidence
     to see if criminal investigations should be opened against
     some of her sponsors (N.Y. POST, 1/28)....HENRY "QUE"
     GASKINS, Reebok's "director of marketing" for ALLEN IVERSON,
     on Iverson's transition to the NBA: "Everyone knew Allen
     needed some structure in his life, and we're trying to
     become the Nordstrom's of our industry in terms of service"
     (PHILADELPHIA DAILY NEWS, 1/28)....Olympic downhill champion
     TOMMY MOE underwent surgery after accidentally severing a
     tendon in his right hand.  He will be sidelined for up to
     six weeks (U.S. Ski Team)....Decathlete DAN O'BRIEN has
     moved to Phoenix, AZ, from Idaho (ARIZONA REPUBLIC, 1/25).
