     Properties; and HEATHER EVANS to Manager of Team Properties.

     MELISSA CAITO has joined Logo Athletic as Manager of
     Marketing (Logo Athletic)....Valvoline Company named MARSHA
     KOLLER Dir of Advertising (Valvoline).
