FINCHEM'S GIFT TO THE SHARK? PRESIDENTS CUP HEADS DOWN UNDER

          The '98 PGA Presidents Cup will be held in Australia,
     with Australian Prime Minister John Howard to serve as the
     Honorary Chair.  PGA Commissioner Tim Finchem said he
     anticipates announcing the host city by early January, and
     the specific golf course in early February.  The event has
     been played at the Robert Trent Jones course in Lake
     Mannassas, VA for its first two competitions (PGA).
