     Coquette Enterprises of Fort Lauderdale introduces
SportsPlay, a monthly national sports entertainment magazine
August 29, with a first run of 100,000 copies.  It provides
monthly listings of TV sports events on satellite services
PrimeStar, DirecTV and USSB.  Advertisers, including Bacardi, CBS
Sports and PrimeStar, are receiving free placement in the first
issue in exchange for buying ads at $5,000 per page in the
following two issues (AD AGE, 8/14).    DIRECT TO YOU:  DirectTV
Int'l and NetHold are in "active negotiations" to form an
alliance which would "intertwine multichannel satellite-pay TV
platforms on five continents" (Robert Marich, HOLLYWOOD REPORTER,
8/14).
