NIKE, PART II: GETTING BIGGER IN THE BIG APPLE

     Nike is reportedly set to lease 41,000 square feet of new
store space at 620 Sixth Avenue and 18th Street in New York,
"greatly expanding its sales and showroom space in Manhattan,"
according to the N.Y. DAILY NEWS.  Sources say the 11-year lease
gives Nike the option to expand to as much as 90,000 square feet.
Nike plans to open a NikeTown later this year in Trump Tower
(N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 07/29).
