     USA TODAY's Michael Hiestand notes the "latest Fox
expansion" is a one-third purchase of The Golf Channel (USA
TODAY, 7/26)....Yankee announcer Phil Rizzuto unveiled his own
site on the World Wide Web called "Scooter's Sports Club."  The
site, formed with the help of TCY Sports Enterprises in Sparta,
NJ, is at http://www.holy-cow.com.  Charter membership is $9.95
and a percentage of Scooter Sports Club revenues will go to the
MLBPA and Camp Sussex for underprivileged children (NEWSDAY,
7/26)....The Women's Institute for Football Education will
release The Women's Armchair Guide to Pro Football on September
2.  New York-based B Vision is seeking partners in the
distribution and promotion of Women's Football (WISE)....The
Sabres and WIVB TV-4 reached a deal to telecast a package of
eight to ten live Sabres games next year.  The games will be
exclusive to WIVB and be produced by the Sabres and WIVB
(Sabres)....The Heat will be on Turner Sports and NBC 15 times
this season, most in franchise history (MIAMI HERALD, 7/26).
