     Anheuser-Busch, "experimenting further with the imagery" of
its Budweiser brand, has launched a Bud Gear merchandise
promotion under a new KOB (King of Beers) logo  (BRANDWEEK, 6/3
issue)....Julie Foudy, co-captain of the U.S. Women's National
Soccer Team, has selected Sue Rodin, of PlanWise (Bayside, NY) as
her exclusive marketing agent.  Foudy is a spokesperson for
Reebok and Reflect sunscreen (PlanWise)....Justin Gimelstob, the
No. 1 college tennis player in the U.S. who last week announced
he was turning pro and would be represented by IMG, has signed a
"multi-year, multi-million dollar" contract with Nike.  IMG touts
the deal as "the most lucrative contract for a male tennis player
entering the professional ranks."  Gimelstob debuts next week at
the Stella Artosis Grass Court Championship in Queen's, England
(IMG)....'96 Freestyle Acroski Champion Lara Rosenbaum has signed
an exclusive representation agreement with P.S./StarGames
(P.S./StarGames)....The NHL has unveiled its logo for the '97
All-Star Game in San Jose. The "Sharks Star" has the appearance
of a five-pointed star with the top point replaced by a dorsal
fin (NHL).... Guinness Import is offering a summer sweepstakes
for Moosehead in which a winner and five friends get to "snuggle
up" with supermodel Stacey Williams in a Canadian lodge via a
tie-in with SI's swimsuit issue.  Sources say the promo will
break in mid-June and be dubbed "Beauty and the Moose" (Gerry
Khermouch, BRANDWEEK, 6/3 issue).
