"CULINARY DREAM TEAM" ANNOUNCED FOR U.S. OPEN

     USTA President Les Snyder confirmed the USTA has awarded a
multi-million dollar contract to a team of three foodservice
companies to provide food and beverage service for the U.S. Open.
SportService Corp., one of the nation's largest foodservice
companies and owned by Delaware North, will combine with Joseph
Baum & Michael Whiteman Company and Glorious Foods Inc.  They
will manage food and beverage operations at the U.S. Open for
seven years starting in '96.  SportService will serve as master
concessionaire, Joseph Baum & Michael Whiteman Company will
operate all restaurant and suite facilities and Glorious Food
will be responsible for all hospitality catering (USTA).
