PSL'S MOVE TO A NEW FORUM -- THE RACE TRACK

Inspired by the NFL Oilers and Vanderbilt Univ., Nashville
Speedway is considering selling personal seat licenses for the
track's three NASCAR events. Larry Woody writes in the
TENNESSEAN that while no other track in the U.S. has such a plan,
he feels reserving seats would cut down on scalpers at the
Opryland 320, the SuperTruck Series and the All-America 400.
Some NASCAR tracks have "permanent ticket reservations,"
according to NASCAR spokesperson Andy Hall, which allow fans
priority to renew tickets. Under the current arrangement,
tickets for each individual event are sold separately (Larry
Woody, Nashville TENNESSEAN, 3/20).
