EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     SportsChannel named MARK SHUKEN to VP/Assistant GM for
SportsChannel New York.  He was Dir and VP/Programming and Ops at
SportsChannel Pacific.  DANIEL RONAYNE, VP/Marketing for
SportsChannel, will now extend his responsibilities to include
NewSport and Prime.  ANNE MARIE AGNELLI, Dir of Communications
for SportsChannel, will also now oversee NewSport and Prime
(SportsChannel)....KEVIN LEHMAN has been promoted to VP/Treasurer
at Liberty Sports.  He was controller. ... LOIS FREEDMAN was
named Dir of Research at MSG Network (Gould Media)....Prime
Sports Radio named BOB FAULKNER as Regional Manager/Affiliate
Sales (Prime Sports Radio)....MIKE PENNY has been named GM of the
RHI Vancouver VooDoo (Orca Bay Sports)....Chicago's True North
Communications promoted BRENDAN RYAN to CEO of its Foote, Cone &
Belding Advertising Unit (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 3/15).
