SPYDER WEBS IN PICABO STREET ENDORSEMENT FOR SKIWEAR LINE

     Spyder Active Sports Inc. has reached an agreement with Nike
Sports Management, representatives of Picabo Street, for the
skier to endorse and help design a new Spyder women's technical
skiwear line, debuting in Fall '97.  The multi-year contract
gives Spyder an exclusive worldwide license to manufacture,
market and sell women's and children's ski products endorsed by
Street.  In accordance with the agreement, Street will
collaborate with Spyder on the designs of her line, and will also
have input in the advertising and promotional events associated
with her line.  The agreement was drawn up and set forth by
Street, Spyder, Nike Sports Management, and the U.S. Ski Team
(Spyder).
