EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     RICHIE WOODWORTH, who launched Reebok's golf division and
the Greg Norman Collection, is leaving Reebok to focus his
attention on the Norman collection (GOLFWORLD, 2/9).... GERRY
RYAN, who has spent 15 years as the 76ers Business Manager, will
be GM of the new Philadelphia NPSL franchise, the Kixx (PHILA.
DAILY NEWS, 2/15)....CBA VP of Sales & Marketing TIM WEIL has
resigned to accept the position of Dir of Corporate Sales with
Phoenix's new NHL franchise.  Weil begins in Phoenix at the end
of this month.  Also from the CBA, Dir of Team Services LARA
PRICE has been named 76ers Dir of Marketing (CBA)....ANDREW
SHEPARD, Chair of the Exchange Bank of Santa Rosa, CA, has been
elected Chair of the LPGA Board of Directors.  Shepard, a board
member since '91, succeeds MARY JO JACOBI (LPGA)....JOY RODENBERG
has been named a VP of the USTA by the group's board of
directors.  She succeeds RICK FERMAN, who was named USTA Exec Dir
on January 11 (USTA)....The TAMPA TRIBUNE notes the "surprising
announcement" by LEO MEHL, Goodyear's GM of racing programs
worldwide, that he will resign effective March 1.  STU GRANT,
Goodyear's current Dir of Racing, will succeed Mehl (TAMPA
TRIBUNE, 2/15)....Heisman Trophy winner EDDIE GEORGE has signed
agent C. LAMONT SMITH to represent him in marketing and contact
talks (THE DAILY).
