     CFL Stallions Owner Jim Speros was in Houston yesterday and
said the city is "No. 1" on his list of place to relocate if he
is forced to move the team with the Browns moving to Baltimore
(HOUSTON CHRONICLE, 11/9)....Whalers Owner Peter Karmanos has
denied rumors he has worked out a plan with the state of CT to
move the team because of losses and attendance (Viv Bernstein,
DETROIT FREE PRESS, 11/7).
