BIG BUCS: PIRATES OWNERS ADD TWO NEW SALE DEMANDS

     Prospective buyer Kevin McClatchy said he may have trouble
meeting two new demands issued by Pirates ownership, according to
the PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE.  McClatchy: "I'm very disappointed
these new obstacles have been raised to our deal.  But I'm still
confident that our group and the owners will reach a solution
very soon."  The Pirate's board asked McClatchy to raise as much
as an additional $11M in equity, and in the next 30 days.  They
also want a signed agreement with the city guaranteeing financing
for a new, baseball-only stadium will be in place in three years,
not the four years McClatchy had requested.  If those terms are
not met, McClatchy could forfeit his $3M deposit.  McClatchy
indicated the deadline was the biggest obstacle, on which the
Pirates may be willing to soften.  But, as of last night, there
