     A report from engineering and architectural consultants to
the Tampa Sports Authority claim that it will cost taxpayers
about $52M to keep Tampa Stadium going for another 30 years
(TAMPA TRIBUNE, 10/26)....In Philadelphia, Rich Hofmann writes a
new ballpark might be the Phillies' "only prospect" of competing
with the city's other teams (PHILA. DAILY NEWS, 10/26)....A
report in today's Tacoma NEWS TRIBUNE says Seattle's new KeyArena
is drawing business away from the Tacoma Dome.  An example is
Walt Disney's World on Ice, which has played at the dome for the
last ten years, will now move to the KeyArena (Tacoma NEW
TRIBUNE, 10/26).
