EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     RUSTY BORKIN has joined ESPN as Dir of Human Resources.  He
was a Human Resources specialist for Milwaukee Mayor John
Norquist (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 10/12)....Reebok announced
two appointments at Avia.  KATE BEDNARSKI re-joins Avia as
VP/Global Marketing.  She was Senior VP/Product and Marketing for
Keds Division at Stride Rite.  NICK KARTALIS has been named
VP/Worldwide Sales. He was VP/Sales and Customer Service at Apex
One (Reebok).
     MASCOT TRANSACTIONS:  ROBERT BOUDIN, the former Blue Hen of
Delaware, has been named to represent the Rockets as the Rockets'
Bear (USA TODAY, 10/12).
