The Pasadena City Council has approved a plan to give the Rose
Bowl a $22.5M overhaul, according to the L.A. TIMES. Renovations
will reportedly include theater-style seats, a permanent video
board, new scoreboards, additional rest rooms and extra

construction will not begin on Toronto's Air Canada Centre before
the deadline set by the provincial government. But the $1M
penalty to the Raptors "may not be set in stone either." The

month have been postponed so that "all available construction

recently had new seats, new paint, and a new sound system put in,
