LIVE FROM HOTLANTA -- RSN/TAC TO BE "INSIDER'S GUIDE"

The Resort Sports Network (RSN) and The Atlanta Channel
(TAC) have joined to furnish Olympics-related programming to
hotels throughout Atlanta and RSN's Web site. The venture aims
to provide "an insider's guide to Atlanta, supplying information
on the city's cultural activities, night life and recreational
facilities, as well as its dining shopping and lodging." On its
Web site, RSN will offer coverage of such events as road biking,
kayaking, canoeing, sail boarding, sailing, tennis, mountain
biking and beach volleyball. As an "in-resort channel," RSN
already provides programming on such sports as mountain biking,
golf and tennis. TAC, which airs 24 hours a day on cable systems
in Atlanta-area hotels, will reach at least 40,000 rooms during
the Games (Langdon Brockinton, INSIDE MEDIA, 9/20 issue).
