     MLS's Kansas City franchise has named GREGG HIBBELER as Dir
of Corporate Sales & Marketing and DAN FAGGARD as Ticket
Manager....USA Basketball has named LORI PHELPS as Manager of
Basketball Operations for the USA Women's Basketball team....The
Yankees have named JACK HUBBARD as Dir of Player Development and
Scouting and MARK NEWMAN as Asst Dir of Player Development and
Scouting (SportsTicker).
