     As their new training facility in Chesterfield, MO, is not
complete, the Blues have announced they will hold training camp
at the New England Sports Center in Marlboro, MA, the official
training center of the AHL Worcester IceCats
(IceCats)....Washington Sports President Susan O'Malley announced
in a statement Friday that Capitals individual game tickets are
now on sale with no increase in price from last year
(Capitals)....While the issue is still at the SC Supreme Court, a
lower court judge ruled Friday that permits to sell beer be
issued to vendors at Panthers games in Clemson (mult.,
9/10)....Sid Hartman writes in the Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE
prospects are "very good" that Richard Burke will own the Jets
before the '95-96 season opens.  Hartman also notes there is a
"good possibility" some Jets games this season will be played at
the Target Center (Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE, 9/9).
