DELTA LOVES TO FLY OLYMPIC AIRLINES...AND IT SHOWS

7.31.1995

     Delta Air Lines' first Boeing 767 with a "flashy new paint
job that heralded the airline's role as an Olympic sponsor" took
off Saturday.  A crowd of 10,000 employees and family members
were on hand for the unveiling, which has gold, magenta, and red
stars on its tail and the words "Atlanta 1996" behind the wings.
The plane left for Salt Lake City after the ceremony (ATLANTA
CONSTITUTION, 7/30).
