     RICHARD DELL has been named Senior VP/Tennis at ProServ
(WASHINGTON POST, 7/10)....In Minneapolis, Sid Hartman reports
that Vikings Ticket Manager HARRY RANDOLPH is leaving the
organization after 21 years with the team over a disagreement
(Minneapolis STAR-TRIBUNE, 7/9)....TOM COVE  was promoted to
VP/Government Relations for the Sporting Goods Manufactures
Association....MICHAEL FASSETTE was named Senior VP/Sales and
Marketing for Fila U.S.A. footwear division (TENNIS BUYER'S
GUIDE, 7/95 issue)....Sportmart named MARK SCOTT Exec
VP/Merchandising (Sportmart).... Collegiate Licensing Co. has
named JENNIFER GOLDMAN as Licensing Coordinator.  Goldman comes
from Apex One (CLC). ...Penguins Owner HOWARD BALDWIN announced a
two-year deal with Universal Pictures.  Baldwin, his wife Karen,
and partner RICHARD COHEN have moved their production company's
offices to the Universal lot (Mult., 7/8)....DWIGHT GOODEN will
host a feature on Tampa Sports Radio 820 AM called "Let's Make A
House Call With Doc" (TAMPA TRIBUNE, 7/9).... FINANCIAL POST
profiles MARK MCCORMACK, founder and head of IMG.  Asked about
retirement, McCormack responded, "Retire?  Everybody retires to
do what I do every day" (FINANCIAL POST, 7/8)....SITV profiled
St. Paul Saints Owner MIKE VEECK and during "Wide World of
Sports" Saturday.  Veeck:  "Would I like to get back [the the
majors]?  Yes, I would, if for no other reason that I would have
to put up or shut up -- and obviously I can't shut up" (ABC,
7/8).
