     MSG Network has named JOE TOWNLEY Dir of Programming,  MIKE
MCCARTHY has been promoted to VP of Production and Exec Producer,
and DEBBIE PATIRE has been named Dir of Marketing. ... Prime
Deportiva has announced JERALD COLE as Dir of Operations (GOULD
MEDIA SERVICES)....The NHL has named GUIDO TOGNONI to a new
position of Managing Dir/ Europe.  He was formerly FIFA P.R. Dir
(NHL)....SportFan Radio Network has announced the hiring of GLENN
HORINE as VP Sales for the Network effective July 17th.  Horine
comes from Time Warner Sports Merchandising where he was Dir of
Sales Promotions.  Horine will work out of the New York office
(SportsFan)....The Grizzlies announced that NOAH CROOM will be
their Asst GM and Legal Counsel.  Croom comes from the legal
department of the NBA where he served two years as Associate
Counsel (Grizzlies).
