Simone Biles To Star In New Religion Of Sports Digital Doc

Gymnast Simone Biles will be the subject of the newest docuseries from Religion of Sports -- "Simone vs. Herself" -- which will begin airing this summer on Facebook Watch. This is the third docuseries by Religion of Sports, which previously featured co-founder Tom Brady and Steph Curry. RoS co-Founder Gotham Chopra said that Biles was an "easy choice" because no athlete "will command a larger spotlight" at the Tokyo Games. The series began filming in fall '19, with the "plan to have it premiere last summer," before COVID disrupted the calendar (USA TODAY, 2/11).
