Cavaliers, Armored Things Partner For Crowd Solutions At Arena

Crowd intelligence software company Armored Things and the Cavaliers partnered to aid the return of fans and staff to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. The team will deploy Armored Things’ solution at the venue to manage fan density and enable decisions around staffing, security and sanitation. The software also will be deployed in the team’s business offices at the venue to help maintain safe spacing. The Cavaliers have received approval from the state of Ohio to host up to 10% of the venue’s capacity -- nearly 2,000 fans -- beginning Jan. 11 (Cavaliers).
