Workday Becomes Presenting Sponsor For PGA Tour's Memorial

Workday signed a deal to become the "presenting sponsor" for the PGA Tour's Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club. Workday, a software vendor concentrating on financial management and human resources, "signed a 10-year deal to replace Nationwide Insurance, which has sponsored the Memorial since 2011." The new sponsorship "begins after the 2021 tournament, which is scheduled to run June 3-6." Joining with Workday means the Memorial, which already "counts Nationwide Children’s Hospital as a charitable beneficiary, will add Eat. Learn. Play.," an Oakland-based foundation supported by Warriors G Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha (COLUMBUS DISPATCH, 12/17).
