Digital Comms Brand TeamSpeak To Sponsor Overwatch League

The Overwatch League announced a new three-year deal with digital communications services company TeamSpeak, which becomes the official voice supplier of the esports property through ’22. Financial terms were not revealed for the deal that will see TeamSpeak provide digital communications products for players and officials for use during competition. The San Diego-based company also will become an OWL marketing partner and will activate at events in ’20, including putting on sweepstakes. TeamSpeak is touting that its product will be lag-free and also will have features like audio recording so that coaches can go back and review tapes after games.
