Exploria Resorts Lands Naming Rights For Orlando City Stadium

Orlando City SC today announced Exploria Resorts as the naming-rights partner for their soccer-specific venue, which will now be known as Exploria Stadium. Orlando City CEO Alex Leitão told THE DAILY the “long-term” deal will be a significant source of revenue for the team. Some of the new signage reflecting the stadium’s name is already up, with more set to be added during MLS’ break for this summer's Gold Cup. Leitão said of Orlando-based Exploria, “We always wanted to have an organization who first understands the values of the club, a company that wants to grow together with us.” Leitão added that Premier Partnerships assisted on the deal.

Exploria Resorts President & CEO Thomas Miller said that he hopes this deal can help the company market itself and become more visible. Miller said, “It’s all about brand credibility. For us to align ourselves with an organization like Orlando City SC … it just fits for us and it gives us that visibility that we’ve been looking for.” Exploria Resorts recently became the official hospitality partner of Front Row Motorsports and sponsored the No. 38 Ford in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Pocono 400.
