Charles Schwab Will Give '73 Challenger To Tourney Winner

charles schwab

The winner of the PGA Tour Charles Schwab Challenge will receive a restored '73 Dodge Challenger to "go along with the signature plaid jacket." The car is "painted Glacier Blue, a nod to Schwab's colors" and features Colonial Country Club's "trademark Scottish royal tartan on the seats, a nod to the plaid jacket." The tie-in stems from the fact that the tournament is 73 years old, and Charles Schwab was incorporated in '73. The investment management company is in its first year as the tournament's title sponsor (STAR-TELEGRAM.com, 4/22).
